Lead Carpenter
JOB SUMMARY
Reitz Builders is looking for a responsible, versatile, friendly, timely, consistent, and experienced craftsman who enjoys leading a team and carpentry.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Seasoned experience in the field (5-10+ years of experience)
Willing to take instruction and be a team player
Completes projects profitably and on schedule
Ability to perform all aspects of carpentry labor from framing through finish
Ability to read plans and have basic knowledge of code
Able to responsibly provide job-site supervision, protection and, cleanliness
Versatile and willing to do what is necessary to complete the job as assigned
Well organized and communicative
Job Type: Full-Time Option (Also potentially available as a 1099 Relationship)
Base Salary: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based on experience
